We work on a retainer basis starting at 10 hours/month going up to 30 hours/month. 

Question: is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a 100% deposit on all but the 30 hour/month package. 

Question: do the retainer hours roll over month to month?

No, retainer hours expire after 30 days. The hours must be used in the 30 day month they were purchased in.

Question: do you offer services other than the ones listed?

Yes. We are always happy to discuss custom services and to create a unique package that fits your needs.
